Culworth C of E school consultation

The Parish Council has submitted the following questions to the consultation from East Midland Academy Trust for clarification:

How will joining East Midlands Academy Trust change day-to-day operations?
What evidence is there that standards and outcomes will improve under the Trust?
Will the school retain its individual identity, values, and local character?
How will parents and the Culworth community be represented in decision-making?
How will the Trust support recruitment and retention in a small rural school?
What additional resources or support will Culworth Primary receive?
How will funding be allocated across the Trust, and will Culworth receive a fair share?
Are there any financial risks associated with joining the Trust?
What opportunities will there be for collaboration with the other schools joining the Trust?
How will pupils in Culworth benefit from being part of a larger network?
Will there be any changes that could affect school transport, catchment, or admissions?
Are there plans that might increase travel requirements for pupils or staff?
Will school facilities be accessible for local use?
How will the Trust be held accountable for the performance of Culworth Primary?
Where does the ownership of the land and property rest? Could the school be closed and land sold for development?
